After completing medical school in Bangladesh, Dr. Chowdhury completed his residency at Texas Tech University in Odessa, Texas where he was selected to be Chief Resident. He is board-certified and has practiced emergency medicine for over 10 years. Prior to joining First Choice Emergency Room, Dr. Chowdhury worked as an emergency physician at Wise Regional ER in Decatur, Texas, Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas and at North Texas Medical Center in Gainsville, Texas. Dr. Chowdhury is also an assistant professor at UNT Health Science Center. He currently resides in Corinth, Texas with his family.
