Celebrates 12th Facility in Dallas-Fort Worth with Donations to Lewisville High School and Flower Mound High School

First Choice Emergency Room opened its 12th facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Lewisville, Texas at 7am today. The new Lewisville facility is located at 1596 Main Street, Lewisville, TX 75067 and is open 24-7.
“We are proud to be a part of the Lewisville community and look forward to providing the highest quality emergency medical care to our neighbors here,” said Dr. Mostaque Chowdhury, Facility Medical Director of First Choice Emergency Room Lewisville.
To celebrate the opening, First Choice Emergency Room made a donation to Lewisville High School and Flower Mound High School. Lewisville High School cheerleaders and Flower Mound High School band members accepted the donations on behalf of their schools at First Choice Emergency Room’s ribbon cutting yesterday with the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce. Following the ribbon cutting, First Choice Emergency Room hosted a medical community open house.
On Saturday from 11a-2p, First Choice Emergency Room will host a community event with their branded monster truck ambulance, The Whambulance, and the Lewisville High School farmerettes and cheerleaders will perform. 94.9 KLTY will also be on site with great giveaways.
All First Choice Emergency Room facilities are equipped CT scanner, Digital X-Ray and Ultrasound as well as on site COLA & CLIA accredited laboratories. The facilities are staffed exclusively with board-certified physicians and emergency trained registered nurses.
