Texas is the top exporting state for the 12th year in a row, Gov. Rick Perry said Thursday, citing U.S. Census Bureau data. The state’s export revenue totaled $279.69 billion last year, up $14.3 billion, or 5.4 percent, from 2012. California saw the second-largest increase, up $6.4 billion to $168 billion.
