Talk about a mixed bag. Texas’ construction industry boasted an impressive number of gains and losses, according to the March 2014 employment report by Arlington, Va.-based Associated General Contractors. Out of the 51 areas (all 50 states plus the District of Columbia) tracked by AGC, Texas had the dubious honor of losing the most jobs between February and March of this year.
