Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) May 02, 2014
Lone Star Analysis, internationally recognized for its unique enhanced decision analysis support, modeling, and simulation, and a provider of advisory services addressing highly complex client issues for business and technology announces that it has hired Andrew Hartigan to stand up a permanent company presence in Patuxent River, Maryland and to grow the company in the broader Aviation market.
Mr. Hartigan most recently was associated with Science and Engineering Services, LLC where he spent 18 months successfully establishing that company’s presence in Naval Aviation. As a retired 27-year Navy Captain he spent the first 15 years of his Navy career as an operational A-7 & FA-18 pilot, then spent 12 years as an Acquisition Professional for the Naval Air Systems Command. During Captain Hartigan’s NAVAIR time, he served as the Lead Test Pilot for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW), then the Lead Systems Engineer and Deputy Program Manager for JSOW.
In his final four years of government service, Captain Hartigan served as the Program Manager for Chief of Naval Aviation Training (CNATRA) Programs – PMA-273. He initiated and led the Naval Aviation Training Optimization Program, to optimize CNATRA’s $500M/year training costs and NAVAIR costs for aircraft upgrades, modifications and maintenance contracts.
“Andrew was the perfect choice to manage our presence in Patuxent River. And, we believe bringing him on board shows our commitment to become an important supporter of the broader Aviation market,” said Mathew Bowers, Vice President of Corporate Development.
Mr. Hartigan said, “Lone Star has a demonstrated track record of delivering significant value to clients along with a great culture that fosters team work and innovation. I am looking forward to working with the Lone Star team to extend their legacy of success."
