Competitive Austin real estate market spurs office expansion and hiring of title industry veterans to respond to increasing business

North American Title Co. has added title industry veterans Danna McDaniel and Jennifer Odom to staff a new branch that will open soon in South Austin. McDaniel will serve as the managing escrow officer and Odom will be the business consultant. The two associates are currently housed at the North Austin branch.

As managing escrow officer, McDaniel will put to work her 30 years of experience in the title industry, handling the simplest to the most complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, including multifamily units, retail developments and multistate transactions. In addition, she has a number of years of management experience, working for several Austin title companies.

Odom has nearly 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, most recently working as a regional market manager, handling Austin and San Antonio for another title company. She spent 10 years in the mortgage industry as a wholesale account executive, working for major banks in Austin.
