Austin-based Texas Vanguard Oil Co. has retained broker E-Spectrum Advisors LLC to help it sell 250 of its producing South Texas oil and gas wells. Most of the properties are associated with the Serbin Field in Lee and Bastrop counties, but the company also plans to sell holdings in the Austin Chalk and Wilcox trends in Fayette, Burleson, Lee, Bastrop, Grimes and Wilson counties east of San Antonio.
