Saint Arnold Brewing Co. will mark a historic event this afternoon when it sell bottles of Bishop’s Barrel No. 3 at today’s 3 p.m. tour. The sale follows the June 14 approval of Texas' legislative package of brewery bills, which allowed craft breweries to sell limited amounts of their beer for on-premise consumption.
