AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AAA' rating to the following Galena Park Independent School District, Texas (ISD; the district) bonds: --$9.675 million unlimited tax refunding bonds, series 2013; --$29.455 million unlimited tax refunding bonds, taxable series 2013. The 'AAA' long-term rating reflects the guarantee provided by the Texas Permanent School Fund (PSF; bond guaranty program rated 'AAA' by Fitch). The bonds are expected to sell competitively on June 26. P
