Texas Gov. Rick Perry has been indicted on two felony counts on Friday by a state grand jury that scrutinized the way he responded to the drunken driving arrest of Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg, and what the grand jury called an abuse of power in trying to strongarm her to resign, the New York Times reported late Friday.
