Premiere Media Group founder John Alden decides an online review just isn’t enough to thank one of his favorite business vendors.

On May 21, 2013 Premiere Media Group founder John Alden launched a new website, WorldsBestEmail.com. John has launched many websites for clients over the past 15 years but this one was different. He wanted the world to know about how much he liked his longtime email server provider IceWarp.
“In 1996 when I was introduced to the idea of controlling your own email server, thereby taking third party eyes off your sensitive data, I jumped in, both feet.”
John goes on to say he tried some of the larger email server providers but wasn’t satisfied.
“When we grew tired of Exchange for too many reasons to put here. I had heard about code writers at IceWarp. It had a fresh look and offered all kinds of features, plus it was affordable in the real world. Over the years I have not had much interaction with IceWarp, mainly because I had no problems.”
John goes on to say that as time went on and technology advanced, his clients developed more diverse communications needs. Some of them needed to manage their communications comprehensively when overseas. This prompted him to contact IceWarp customer support.
“When I contacted (the IceWarp) tech team I was apprehensive. Instead (of a bad experience) I got the facts and no drama. Most of all I did not get any upsell stuff. It was more like 'It will be a day or two but I will have someone look at it ASAP.' I offered to pay and they said no charge. When I heard the no charge my ears perked up and my stomach started churning. No charge in most tech companies means they are putting a junior geek on it.”
John goes on to detail his interaction with his IceWarp customer service representative Steve and how it compared with his expectations.
“I ended up with a guy named Steve. He asked specific questions after looking at the server. After a couple of emails not only did Steve get us back on the tracks he also helped get the SSL certificates in order on that server. Steve knew his product. He knew it well.”
After having his questions answered, John decided to create a complete web domain viewable worldwide thanking Steve for the help he provided.
